Healing Happens Here
Your body has been communicating with you long before you walked through my door. I don’t just want to know where it hurts—I want to understand how you got here. Together, we’ll take the time to talk about your story, your injuries, your daily life, your movement, your stress, and what you’re hoping to get back to. I believe that when you feel heard and understood, we can begin looking at the bigger picture and create a treatment plan that’s built specifically for you—not just your symptoms. Pain isn’t always just about where it hurts. Together, we’ll explore the different factors that may be influencing how your body is holding tension—from injuries and movement patterns to stress and the demands of everyday life. While I don’t diagnose medical or mental health conditions, taking the time to understand the bigger picture helps us identify possible contributors to your discomfort and create a treatment plan that’s tailored specifically to you. If I believe another healthcare professional or therapist could better support part of your journey, I’ll always encourage you in that direction. My goal is to help you better understand your body so you can make informed decisions about your health and healing. No two bodies are the same, and neither are my massages. Every session is customized using the techniques that best fit your body’s needs. Depending on your goals, your treatment may include medical massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, stretching and mobility, cupping, gua sha, Reiki, body tempering, percussion therapy, and other evidence-informed approaches designed to reduce pain, improve movement, and support your body’s natural recovery. Healing doesn’t stop when your massage ends. Clients also have access to my Recovery Room, which offers an infrared sauna, compression boots, stretching and mobility equipment, and vibration plate therapy to support nervous system regulation, circulation, lymphatic drainage, and overall recovery. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better today—it’s to help you better understand your body, uncover potential root causes of your discomfort, and give you the tools, education, and support to create lasting change. Your body isn’t your enemy, and it isn’t working against you—it’s communicating with you. When you understand why your body is asking for help, you can stop chasing symptoms, start addressing the root cause, and begin treating your body with the care and intention it deserves. Understanding the root cause is the first step toward lasting change.
